Bringing Web Suppliers and Buyers together in London Visit
The plans for the “one man trade mission to London” are coming together very quickly. Leaving Belfast on the 19 May, my first meeting is that afternoon. So far there are several meetings with commissioners and producers with BBC, Disney, ITV and Channel 4.
I’ll be returning on 22 - so 4 days of talking to people who want to buy web content.
The idea is very simple; introduce web businesses in Northern Ireland to people who buy in London. If that works out then try a few other places, too.
The absolute maximum number of businesses I’ll represent will be 12, but I’ll be more comfortable with 10. There are only two or three places left. I will be covering expenses only (travel and accomodation) so there is a very low cost.
